    H J Bowler & Sons was started by Henry James Bowler in November 1904. The company started as a small procurer and supplier of secondary steel.

    Takeover of the company by George Stanley Bowler

    Henry passed away in September 1949, where his son George Stanley Bowler took over the company.

  • 1952

    Formal Registration of the company

    HJ Bowler and Sons was formally registered in April 1952.

  • 1983

    Takeover of the company by Phillip George Bowler

    George Stanley Bowler’s son Philip George Bowler took over in 1983.

  • 2014

    Takeover of the company by Jonathan Paul Bowler

    Philip Bowler passed away in December 2014, where his son Jonathan Philip Bowler took over the company.

  • 2015

    Sale of the company to Puneet Bhatia

    In August 2015, H.J Bowler was sold to Puneet Bhatia. One of the leading Importer & Exporter of Secondary Steel based in Dubai, UAE and one of the best and oldest clients of HJ Bowler and Sons Ltd.
